1. Information We Collect

The Service Provider does not collect any personal information — such as your name, email address, or physical address — when you download or use the Apps. No user registration is required.

Any data you enter or record in the Apps (tasks, weight, journals, photos, recipes, workout logs, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.

2. Device Features & Permissions

Some Apps may request access to the following device features in order to provide their functionality:

• Camera / Photo Library (photo & camera apps): all capturing and editing is processed on your device.
• Microphone / Speech Recognition (sound meter and voice input apps): measurement and recognition are processed on-device; audio is never transmitted or stored externally.
• Location (apps with place-logging features): recorded only when you take an action, and stored only on your device.
• Notifications (reminder apps): used solely for reminders.

These permissions are used only for the corresponding features and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

3. Advertising

Some Apps display ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information for ad delivery. For details, please see:

You can allow or deny app tracking at any time in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Except for the advertising service described above, the Service Provider does not provide or sell any user data to any third party.

5. Data Deletion & Opt-Out

Because your data is stored only on your device, uninstalling an App removes all recorded data and ends all use of that App.

6. Children's Privacy

The Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians should instruct children not to enter personal information when using the Apps. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly take appropriate action.

Note that in some countries or regions, the minimum age for consenting to the processing of personal data may be 16 or older.

7. Security

Data you record is stored only on your device and is never held on the Service Provider's servers, which minimizes any risk of a data breach on the Service Provider's side.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
